Noodle Group was founded in 2013 with insurance at its core, initially developing a digital platform designed to connect carriers, agents, and insureds across the insurance value chain.Over the years, our technology work expanded into financial services, healthcare, higher education, non-profit organizations, and other industries, including successful deployments for organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies.Today, our primary focus is helping insurers and MGAs solve complex technology challenges. We bring deep experience across core systems, integrations, data, custom software, modernization, and emerging AI capabilities—helping our clients extend what they already have, unlock more value from their technology and data, and build what they need next.Our broad experience is particularly valuable to small and mid-sized insurers that need a technology partner capable of understanding how systems, data, processes, and people fit together.

Team

Our core team is U.S.-based and includes experienced engineers, developers, designers, and project managers located across the country. This gives our clients direct access to the people doing the work and provides strong overlap with their business hours from coast to coast. In select situations, and with client input, we may also use offshore resources when they add value to the engagement.
